If you have no injuries and want to join a group Pilates class that will help you improve your fitness, strength and flexibility, then Reformer classes are for you. Click here to read more about the different types of Reformer classes we offer at both OASIS Pilates studios.

If you have an injury, mobility issues or need some rehab then our Clinical Exercise classes are what you need. Click here to find out more about Clinical Exercise classes. If you are looking to claim rebates with your private health insurance, then this is the place for you. These classes are always taken by our physio or exercise physiologist.
