OASIS Pilates Buninyong is your local Pilates Studio. We’re passionate about helping everyone to move their body safely to achieve their own goals. We look forward to helping you continue your journey to better health through Pilates, or if you’re new to Pilates, providing you with the a range of high quality classes in our well equipped studio.
WHO & WHAT
Eureka Osteo is an allied health clinic in Howitt Street Wendouree that encompasses osteopathy, physiotherapy, exercise physiology, massage, Traditional Chinese Medicine and our very own Pilates studio called OASIS all under the one roof. We opened this clinic in July 2018 and our aim was to have a collaborative team of practitioners all working together to help you through any injury and assist you to achieve better health. We currently work with athletes, pregnant women, people rehabilitating after injuries and surgery, older people and anyone wanting to stay fit and healthy.
We are passionate about keeping people moving, and we really feel that to make consistent and lifelong healthy habits, you need to be able to fit this into your lifestyle without too much hassle. Having an OASIS just down the road in your local community makes it easier to attend and cuts less into your day. We hope that by keeping Pilates going in Buninyong we can continue to contribute to the community and provide a service that helps you stay fit and active. We have the added benefit of being able to support the OASIS Pilates Buninyong studio with the Eureka Osteo clinic team in Ballarat. This means that if you are injured and need to see an osteo, physio or exercise physiologist, you can request for your Pilates instructor and clinician to work together. Abby our Exercise Physiologist works at both studios and integral in planning your rehabilitation pathway for any injury or chronic condition.

We are located right in the heart of the Buninyong township. There is plenty of street car parking available nearby.
