"
I love riding all types of bikes - BMX, mountain and road bikes so if you share my passion for bikes please tell me all about it!"

I was drawn to osteopathy in my late teenage years as I was entering the Junior Elite class in my BMX racing. Some of my injuries were starting to affect my training, so my dad took me to an osteopath who was able to ‘fix’ my issues. I was fascinated with how the body worked and how the osteopath treated my whole body and not just the area that was sore. That was the moment I knew osteopathy was something special and something I wanted to do with my life.

Throughout my time at Uni I was always motivated to expand my knowledge to give my patients the best care possible. I completed my Cert IV and Diploma of massage, attended courses for different technique styles, and completed a dry needling and cupping course. I am level 1 certified in the MAT assessment tool.

My passion lies with helping people, and my goal is to help people find the cause of their pain and get back to doing what they love doing. I have a special interest in working with athletes and the challenges their bodies face with the high physical demands of sport. I’m also interested in forearm and wrist pain as it has affected many of my family and friends and I’ve seen how debilitating it can be.

Outside of work I love riding all types of bikes, watching live music and spending time with family and friends. I have been racing BMX since I was 12 years old, competing at a national and international level, including 8 years racing in the Elite classes. I have also been a BMX coach since I was 16 and am currently involved in coaching for BMX Victoria.
