“I have always wanted to be involved in the health field, mostly due to my active lifestyle and love of sprinting. It wasn’t until I discovered Osteopathy for the first time at a careers expo in year twelve, where it really grabbed my attention and interested me the most.”

My favourite aspect of Osteopathy is the holistic approach and treating the whole person, rather than just the site of pain. I enjoy meeting new people and learning about their lifestyles, work life & hobbies In particular I really enjoy how I can help patients achieve individual goals to help improve their health & wellbeing.

I also love the variety of patients that a day’s treating provides; whether that be with a conversation or with hands on treatment, it’s extremely rewarding. I have an interest in treating those with lower back pain, neck pain, hip & lower limb injuries.

With athletics and sprinting being a huge part of my life, I’m passionate about translating my knowledge, expertise and experience of running to my patients & osteopathic treatment. I have a strong desire for continuous learning which has led me to complete further training in dry needling, sports trainer course & running specific professional development. This has developed my interest in rehabilitation & goal setting, in particular for injured athletes.

When I’m not training or competing you will find me brunching with friends or family, going for walks with my sausage dogs or catching up with friends in Melbourne.
