OUR DIFFERENCE
We approach exercise physiology in a way that considers you as a whole person. You may be a person who wants to lose weight and improve your fitness, yet you also suffer from knee and shoulder pain, and have high blood pressure. We develop an exercise program that considers all these aspects and prescribe an appropriate program that will enable you to achieve your goals.
Our new gym/rehab space has a range of strengthening and aerobic equipment, providing a great space to improve your mobility, strength, balance and overall physical performance.
